Wellbeing Consultations & One to One Sessions

One to One Sessions allow you to learn and practice with Julia who will assess and teach you and tailor each session to you personally.

Sessions will include Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and an Ayurvedic approach to your wellebeing. Depending on what Julia regards as beneficial to your personal wellbeing, each session might also include some Aromatherapy, mantras, mudras and Sound Healing and diet and lifestyle Consultations and advice.

Each Session will allow you to see and feel the benefit of all that Julia’s unique approach to wellbeing has to offer you as an individual and how putting steps and a plan in to place using all she teaches you, will enhance your whole wellbeing.​

The combination of therapies offered and involved in these personalised sessions will help take you on a deeply therapeutic process and truly rewarding journey that will help encourage and aid your wellbeing.

Each session is carefully tailored to and for you by Julia.

The first session will be 90 minutes, followed by subsequent 60 minute sessions.
