Julia White is a Wellbeing Expert who has created a holistic and unique approach to living and wellbeing.

Using a unique combination of Yoga to energise, motivate and balance mind and body, Ayurvedic principles, Aromatherapy and Essential Oils and Sound Healing o help produce a physical,, spiritual, emotional and mental sense of wellbeing which ultimately leads to a happier and healthier life..

Having became interested in Alternative treatments as a way to treat her Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and Eczema; she began a lifelong journey to learn more about ancient natural remedies and the importance of a healthy body, mind and lifestyle.

Developing Asthma later on in life led to her working with Asthma UK as a Research and Policy adviser and forming part of their wellbeing series.

Practicing Yoga from a young age and and training with Manju Jois, Ramaswami srivatsa, Swami Saradananda, and Lara Bauman and teachers that have trained with K. Pattabhi Jois, B. K. S. Iyengar,  T. K. V. Desikachar or Ramaswami Srivatsa who were themselves all trained by Sri T. Krishnamacharya, so all her studying and teaching is traced back to the root and heart of Yoga which shapes her philosophy and outlook and allows her to continue to study and learn from various different teachers,, Buddhist Monks and Scholars leading to even greater awareness on the importance of holistic living and wellbeing.

Julia writes about Health and Wellbeing and regularly contributes to Magazines and Periodicals.

She works and teaches on a one to one personal basis as it allows her the space to create a personalised and bespoke session based on your own unique individual requirements and needs..

Julia also works as a wellbeing consultant helping inform businesses and corporate organisations how best to introduce wellbeing into the work place and encourage and provide ways to achieve a much happier, healthier and more productive work space for all.
